wonderful facility amazing detail excellent service
the facility is wonderful and very well maintained. the attention to detail in every corner is amazing. the staff provided excellent customer service and were pleasant. they anticipated my needs.
i ate at the lounge restaurant. smoking was allowed in a certain area. the smell of smoke was present in the non-smoking area. it was my first time seeing indoor smoking in uae.

the room was spacious. the bed was comfortable , with great linens. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and the staff was friendly.
the front desk response times were slow. the rooms seemed somewhat tired , as i noticed a carpet smell upon arrival. in-room dining options after 11 pm were limited in selection and quality.

adult pool friendly staff good gym
the adult pool was great, with plenty of space to relax (and no kids!). the hotel restaurants served good food, and the staff were generally friendly. the gym had the equipment i needed for my workouts.
The front desk seemed understaffed. I experienced long wait times and slow responses to my requests (it was a bit frustrating).

The facility is maintained well. the attention to detail throughout the hotel impressed me. the staff provided excellent customer service! they anticipated customer needs consistently. i also appreciated the early check-in and check-out. It was helpful.
the bed was soft. this caused back pain and poor sleep. i couldn't sleep well all night.
